Does it make sense to carry a hardcoded kernel version here?
linux-image-<arch>meta packages would be the alternative. Otherwise, since Debian removes old packages from their pool, such kernel version bump needs to be done on a regular basis, at best with a dedicated workflow, to prevent builds from failing.
