Add publish warning for isolated cells #593
Description
Suggested in #592.
The isolated cell in the bottom right is not clueable. This crossword does not prompt a publish warning or error.
The cell could be clued more creatively through other means which is why I'd lean towards a publish warning rather than a publish error.

Agreed it should definitely just be a warning - folks have used cells like that for various gimmicks, etc.

Hi I’d like to work on this. I’ll add the isolated-cell check to the existing publish warning flow and include a regression test. I’ll keep the change focused on this issue.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue as my first contribution to Crosshare. I'll first investigate the existing puzzle validation/publish flow and then implement the warning with appropriate tests. Please let me know if there's anything specific you'd like me to consider before I start.
