Fixes #593.
Adds detection for non-block cells that belong to neither an Across nor a Down entry and surfaces the condition through the existing publish warning flow.
Includes a regression test for an isolated cell surrounded by blocks.
This remains a warning rather than a publish error so constructors can still intentionally use isolated cells for gimmicks.
