Dependency PRs failed at bun install --frozen-lockfile because Renovate updated the npm lockfile while CI used Bun. This change makes Bun the only package manager: removes package-lock.json, pins Bun 1.2.21 in package.json, has CI read that pin and enables Renovate’s Bun manager while disabling its npm manager. Auto-merge is explicitly disabled.

The Framer Motion replacement now includes an updated bun.lock and uses motion/react for the theme toggle import. Setup documentation and the preview script also use Bun.

Validation: Renovate config validator passes, frozen Bun installation succeeds and all seven targeted rendering tests pass. Required GitHub checks must pass before manual merge.
