Adds
docs/releases/0.3.3.md, the body of the v0.3.3 release, as #312 did for 0.3.2. Nothing else changes, so the code is rc3's (1dbb867).Why the tag goes on this merge and not on 1dbb867: rc3's release run already deployed Pages from 1dbb867, and Pages names a deployment after its commit. A final tagged there would leave the stable feeds at 0.3.2 and fail the run's live check (see the comment above "Deploy Pages" in
release.yml). Merging this gives v0.3.3 a commit of its own, as v0.3.2 had with fc59622. This waits on Dan's answer to AIManager ask #643.The changes come from the PRs merged since v0.3.2. The known issues are Dan's two plus the two still open from 0.3.2. Dropped from 0.3.2's list: #298 and #299, which are fixed here.
Release testing: Linux and macOS each had manual rounds on the rcs. Windows had no manual round on any 0.3.3 rc. Its changes were hand-tested on their PRs (#325 by Dan) and by CI.
