Looks good, with one low-severity note: a design doc still names the old Opus 4.8 endpoint. All five workflows now use the same Opus 5.5 endpoint, each with the matching ENGINEER_/REVIEWER_BOT_MODEL_OVERRIDE, and .bot/config.yaml has no model setting that would conflict.
Other findings
- 🔵 Low — The onboarding design doc still lists the
databricks-claude-opus-4-8serving-endpoint URL as the botMODEL_ENDPOINT. This PR moves all five workflows todatabricks-claude-opus-5-5, so the doc is now out of date. Either update it, or note that the doc records the original design and is not kept current.

Description
Switch all five engineer, learning, and reviewer bot workflows to Claude Opus 5.5, setting both the model endpoint and the explicit bot model override.
How is this tested?
Parsed all 14 workflow YAML files and verified matching Opus 5.5 endpoints and overrides in all five updated workflows, with no other semantic changes.
