new rtables is causing cran check issue with the package,#732

Dear David

Sorry, our recent rtables release caused a little trouble for flextable on cran, I ve made a fix at.

https://github.com/shajoezhu/flextable/tree/upversion_rtables

but i cannt raise a PR, I was wondering if you can accept the changes? Thanks

    Thanks a lot for the fix, and no worries about the rtables release.

    Sorry for the friction, I had temporarily disabled pull requests to stem a wave of AI-generated ones that cost me more time to review than to write myself. Nothing to do with contributions like yours, obviously.
