The demvsystems/mimey fork only existed to lift the PHP version constraint of the abandoned upstream. elephox/mimey is its maintained successor on Packagist, so the custom VCS repository entry is no longer needed. Raises the PHP requirement to 8.3, matching the lowest version used by the consumers of this package. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Adds the GitHub Actions workflow (PHP 8.3, composer install + test). Removes the .travis.yml that targeted PHP 7.1/7.2 and has been dead since Travis CI shut down its free tier, and replaces the stale Travis/Scrutinizer/Codecov badges with the Actions badge. Also ignores PHPUnit's local result cache. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
