Wpkg

This initr module downloads and configures WPKG on a Samba server. Once installed you can manage which software packages get installed in PCs running Microsoft Windows.

The there is an impressive list of packages supported by WPKG. This initr module has only a very small part of this installers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • OpenOffice.org
  • Google SketchUp
  • Mozilla Thunderbird
  • Windows XP Service Pack 3

It is easy to add more. If you are interested in a software package not listed here, please file a new issue.
