[Feature] Add version and GitHub link

First of all, I really appreciate your project! Looks like it could suit my needs for my small business.

What I really appreciate in every self-hosted project is when the version installed is shown and if you could provide a link to the GitHub Repo. Would make things easier to check if there are updates available. Automatic version checker would be awesome of course, but that's not needed.
