Summary

Builds a public-facing portfolio from the four case studies already in this repo.

  • docs/index.html: a static GitHub Pages site (no build step). It has an evidence ledger that labels each study's data as simulated or public benchmark, a section per study (question, approach, scope limits, methods, report/PDF links), the toolkit, and contact details. It works in light and dark mode and at phone width with no horizontal scroll.
  • docs/.nojekyll: serves the folder as-is.
  • github-profile/README.md: a draft profile README to copy into a dl1413/dl1413 repo.
  • scripts/validate_portfolio.py: now fails if the site is missing a link to any report or PDF, so the site can't fall out of step with the project inventory.
  • README.md: lists the new files and explains how to enable Pages.

All figures come from the existing project pages. The disclosures about simulated data and the non-clinical benchmark are kept on both the site and the profile README.

To publish

Settings → Pages → Deploy from a branch → main / /docs. Until Pages is on, the profile README's "Portfolio site" link won't resolve.

Validation

  • python scripts/validate_portfolio.py passes
  • Rendered in Chromium at 1280px (light) and 400px (dark). scrollWidth matches the viewport at both widths.

- github-profile/README.md: draft profile README for the dl1413 profile repo.
- validate_portfolio.py: check that the site links every report and PDF.
