I'm Ebad — a senior Computer Science student graduating December 2026.
I'm interested in systems engineering, reverse engineering, and building software in the infrastructure layer.
Most recently I was at IBM contributing to OpenCost, a CNCF incubating project, and its enterprise sibling Kubecost.
I've also built eBPF tooling in Rust using Aya for network observability.
Previously worked in C, C++, and Python but my current stack is Go and Rust.
Currently exploring GPU cost attribution for AI/ML inference workloads.
Homelabber — ran my own Kubernetes cluster on bare metal Linux for about five months. Completely overkill for what I was actually doing, but I learned a lot.
Lifting weights, and recently getting back into jiu-jitsu.
Reading philosophy — Al-Ghazali and Leibniz are my favorites.
Lastly my cat's name is Muffin.
