为 Minecraft 26.3 新增 NeoForge 构建目标，使用 NeoForge 26.3.0.37-beta，并复用现有共享代码的 26.3 条件宏。
当前 ModDevGradle 默认使用的 NFRT 2.0.18 / JST 2.0.6 无法正确应用匿名类成员的访问转换，导致 Minecraft 自身的 HolderSet 源码重编译失败。仅为 >=26.3 的 NeoForge 目标指定 NFRT 2.0.31（包含 JST 2.0.11），使构建成功；旧目标继续使用原有工具链。
验证

测试环境为 Windows、Java 25.0.3、NeoForge 26.3.0.37-beta。
已在本机完成真实后端连接与身份验证实测，运行正常。
