The evals workspace suite runs green with no exclusions (evals value-audit cleanup Task_1).

  • The integrated base already carries the scene-surface fix, so both formerly waived driver tests pass there. This task trims what they cost: the scene-slice test makes one embedded run instead of eight and checks the four place variants through the pure mapping, keeping every negative native check.
  • The degraded-outcome embedded test becomes four cases in the checked_write_outcome unit test: a stats failure, a vector-indexing failure, repair-needed markers and an empty indexed list.
  • The link-privilege output test is deleted exactly as 🔥 Local Windows runs no longer need a link privilege for one edge-case test #68 does, so local Windows runs need no waiver.

Test code only. The workspace runs 411 top-level tests plus two child-process probes, none excluded, none failed. evals-reviewer APPROVED after confirming the production bytes are unchanged; the run proof was waived for a test-only change.

Stacked on #71.
