Continuity fixture and generator tests pay for each contract once (evals value-audit cleanup Task_4).

• Fixture admission checks run on JSON once instead of on both JSON and TOML. TOML is converted to the same JSON and parsed by the same code, and its own behavior stays covered by the parity and non-finite tests.
• Retired fixture identity fields no longer each get a test, since the generic unknown-field check already rejects them; one schema-version rejection test remains of four. The retired partition test is kept byte for byte.
• A two-process generator determinism test is gone: the canonical-bytes test regenerates the committed fixture on every run, in a fresh process, and compares bytes.
• The report no-overwrite test writes to a temporary directory instead of the system temp folder, and a fixture ID list pinned after a byte comparison is gone.

Three files, 235 fewer lines; production bodies are unchanged except two test-only helpers. The generator output is byte-identical at base and tip, and the six protected hashes are exact. Tests: 406 passed, none excluded. evals-reviewer APPROVED with no findings.
