dialect(oracle): DROP TABLE IF EXISTS from Oracle 23 on
Older versions and an unknown version keep the plain DROP TABLE.
dialect(h2): the n-th value past the end of a group is NULL
H2 rejects an array index past the end; slice the element and append a NULL.
