JSON-encoded maps are arrays of [key, value] tuples. Add hasKey, hasValue, hasKeyValue (and not*/any/all variants) on the query DSL, implemented in memory, SQLite, Postgres, and Cosmos. Co-authored-by: Patrick Roza <42661+patroza@users.noreply.github.com>
