Summary
Keep the new ABI 7 OTS, island, and sensitivity entry points explicitly covered by the Julia binding audit. The tests require these symbols to be declared by the generated layer, referenced by the hand-written Julia sources, and excluded from the C-only exemption list.
The previous exemption list became stale as Julia wrappers were added, causing the ABI coverage test to fail. This change removes those incorrect exemptions and adds a focused regression check for the affected entry points.
