### `offensive-osint` — docs: TGScope in §38

- §38 Telegram & Messaging Intelligence: added TGScope — dates a Telegram channel from its numeric ID (creation-date / age estimate), plus a free search over public channels that matches by meaning in any language.

### Fixed

- `osint-autopilot` — declare `openpyxl` as a required pip package (`scripts/requirements.txt`, referenced from `SKILL.md`'s workbook step); `build_xlsx.py` previously `ImportError`ed on a fresh clone with no indication of what to install.
