Improve chip catalog labels

Make default chip results easier to scan and remove duplicate aliases introduced by canonical package names.

The catalog can return both bare and packaged identifiers. The UI should display one clean name while retaining the packaged identifier required by the backend.

• Deduplicate bare aliases when a packaged catalog entry exists.
• Render package and erase details on a muted second row, including the curated M27C64A UV label.
• Resolve metadata before rendering so every visible result has complete details.
• Preserve the packaged default selection and verify metadata remains visible at compact widths.

Verified with 41 passing tests, bunx tsc --noEmit, bun run build, and git diff --check.
