Refreshes the README around ChipDesk's current XGecu focus and everyday usage.

The existing README had an outdated shortcut dump and did not clearly distinguish T48's catalog-backed operations from T56's implemented protocol support. It also buried the project's hardware scope.

  • Lead with T48 and T56 XGecu programmers
  • Replace the stale keymap with the primary navigation and workflow keys
  • Show how to build and launch ChipDesk from a ROM directory
  • Link xgecu-web and the upstream minipro library
  • Add contribution guidance that keeps the project focused on XGecu hardware

The README is shorter than before and retains the write-safety summary.
