Depends on #118.
A convex hull of the complete pedestal fills the spaces between its column, brace and base. Replace it with two boxes and four convex meshes: column, base plate, diagonal brace, complete chest cover and two mounting brackets.
The chest cover uses one 700-triangle hull for both halves. Bracket hulls retain their clipped ends. Update the body collision configuration and example URDF.
Validation: all 29 existing ROS 2 Jazzy tests pass.
Review the pedestal collision changes.
