Adds a nodes list to the status response which is every node in
central.yamlwith its addresses. The nylon app (encodeous/pylon-issues#14) can read the status over the IPC socket, and without this it can't name passive clients hosted on other routers or show nodes that have no route. nylon status --json gets the field too.The socket stays root-only
