infrastructure/container/docker-compose.yml pins the project to `buem` and renames the service `buem-api` to `api` with no container_name, so the container is buem-api-1. The service also names the published image (ghcr.io/enerplanet/buem-model, BUEM_MODEL_IMAGE_TAG), so the same file runs a release with `--pull always --no-build` or builds this checkout with `--build`. The setup scripts and docs use `docker compose ... exec api` and `logs api`. The publishing workflow comment points at buem-gateway's merged environment/docker-compose.yml.

With this compose file the 6.10.0 image does not become healthy:
src/buem/data/weatheris mounted read-only, and the server createslocation_cacheinside it on start (OSError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system). The mount predates this change; buem-gateway's compose file does not mount it and runs the same image healthy.Testing
