The signed update feeds deployed successfully after the release verifier's two-minute limit, leaving publication marked failed despite valid downloads and live feeds. Allow up to ten minutes for Pages deployment while preserving exact-byte and signature verification before release cleanup.
Validation: secret scan and whitespace checks passed. Required CI repeats the repository test, privacy, and packaging gates; the release's failed appcast job is being rerun against the now-live feeds.
