Orion deployment validation reaches the framework suite after the xAI repair, then fails because TestComplexitySessionConfigRequiresSemanticWhenEnabled expects the old semantic-only error text. The fork intentionally permits a Jev classifier instead of semantic classification for session routing.

Rename the assertion to describe the classifier requirement and expect the current semantic-or-Jev validation message. Runtime behavior is unchanged; this test-only correction has no wire-visible effect and does not require a new provider-harness case.

Validation: reproduced the original assertion failure locally, then passed all TestComplexity* configuration regressions, including Jev validation and round trips. Searched the repository for the outdated expectation and found no sibling assertions.
