[Feature request] Support external functions and handler for langchain/deepagents integration of bashkit-python #2737

#2724 supports python and typescript for python BashTool.
But unlike bashkit-python Bash, it cannot provide external function and handler for bashkit-python BashTool to achieve PTC.
I think it is helpful if we can support PTC for bashkit-python BashTool.
