When you add your own code into your Wix website it's your responsibility to secure your systems, Wix APIs are designed and maintained by Wix, your code is designed and should be maintained by you (aka your team). This packagae has some simple required param checks or basic type checks for some fields. In the future we will add more checks to prevent things like prototype pollution and some basic attacks. But it's never guranteed that it'll secure everything %100 so you should never trust anything you use including your own internal services or enterprise grade level APIs. > of course some packages or APIs expected to be much more secure, you wouldn't expect that Wix's Velo APIs will be insecure. --- **it's always your responsibility to take required steps, actions for security**
No due date•2/2 issues closedCurrently this package doesn't support UUID based item ids instead it's using ObjectId based ids because it's faster than UUID in terms of performance. And we are planning to add the posibility of switching between each option and using any of these options (UUID or ObjectId) in your MongoDB collections.
No due date•1/1 issues closedCurrently there is no way to set schema for your collections and use weiv-data with schema rules. We are working on that feature so you will be able to set schema for your collections and rules with these schemas. This feature will be available asap.
No due dateCurrently it's not possible to encrypt or decrypt data that you insert into your MongoDB collections via weiv-data. However you can also handle this manually using 3rd party packages or with your own solution. We will support this feature as soon as possible.
