模型列表已有虚拟滚动容器，嵌入级联子菜单时再次包裹滚动区域会产生重复滚动框。新增默认开启的
scrollable属性，允许调用方自管滚动区域，同时保留子菜单对齐和进入动画。MenuScrollArea 尊重调用方传入的 tabindex，使隐藏搜索框后的列表仍可通过键盘聚焦。验证：改动文件 ESLint 通过；在 Memoh 集成环境完成模型列表打开、键盘选择和子菜单向右展开的浏览器自检。默认调用仍沿用原滚动容器。
人工确认：用户在本地预览迭代后确认当前效果可接受（“还行，提交”）。该确认覆盖本次菜单视觉与交互验收；未验证的边界场景仍以文中说明为准。
