I investigated the failing Alpine job. PostgreSQL fails before startup because the selected upstream musl bundle requires The runtime therefore remains pinned to Alpine 3.21 for now; the Go toolchain is updated independently. This PR stays open as an unresolved compatibility update. We need a PostgreSQL distribution built for the newer ICU ABI, or one that supplies compatible native libraries, before changing the runtime base. Symlinking incompatible ICU majors would not be a valid fix. For users needing Alpine 3.24 today, a compatible distribution can be supplied through |
