The first v2 master build built and attested all assets, but publication failed because the release-by-tag REST endpoint cannot resolve an unpublished draft. Use
gh release view, verified against the actual failed draft, while preserving the tested-commit and immutable-publication guards.A fresh consumer preflight also found that Go test binaries omit dependency version metadata. Recover the published module version from its source path when that metadata is absent, including
-trimpath, soeptestcan acquire the matching supervisor. Unversioned source paths and pseudo-versions still require an explicit supervisor. Document the vendored-test limitation.Validation: 13 Python tests pass, including a real isolated Go module consumer using
go run,go test, andgo test -trimpath; targeted race-enabled Go regression tests pass. CI runs the complete native and security matrix. After merge, validate the actual master publication, all release assets and provenance, installer, CLI lifecycle, and a fresh tagged Go/eptest consumer.
