Is is possible to sign Windows bundle

When I double-click the Windows installer, I get this pop-up. I can get around it by clicking on "More info". This same thing happens with FDS bundles too.

I get the same pop-up before installing.

Just and update on this... the current bundle is "signed". You will see "CFAST Test Signing" or something along these lines. However, this is not a notarization in the sense that it will stop warning you that "this is a code downloaded from the internet, are you sure you want to install it." I am working on getting the certificates, but NIST is in flux with this process for Windows. Even once we have it, it may take until the end of time before the certificate is "trusted" to the point where the message disappears.
