Discord Rich Presence Template with the Discord Game SDK

This is a simple template example of connecting to the Discord RPC with C# through a console app. To use this, copy the config.json.example in /DiscordRichPresence/config.json.example to /DiscordRichPresence/config.json and fill in the client ID of your application.
