When restarting a
mcmcSamplerListdo not use length but class to decide if the should be going into recursive code branch. Otherwise lists with a single element are throwing errors.Previously, these lists reached the single-sampler branch without being unwrapped, causing continuation to fail. See #281.
Add regression tests for DEzs and DREAMzs, checking singleton and longer lists, inherited and overridden settings, and preservation of sampling history.
