This column has been replaced by the FetchError model, which is directly populated by the "http" module, in the Fetcher class. This makes the links more lightweight, so the `save()` calls are less expensive.
A user visiting a stream shared by another user wasn't able to follow sources that they find interesting. This change adds a "Follow" button to the "stream sources index" page.
