Switches from our hand-written Nef*-prefixed models to the official generated models in free5gc/openapi#83 (Nef_MonEvt_*), per maintainer request on issue #1143. Purely mechanical rename — every field we use matched the official generated model exactly, confirming our original hand-written subset was spec-accurate.
