Redact private-project examples from docs and pressure scenarios - #2

Examples added in the previous change used values from a private project (internal package name, schema name, table name, host address). Replace them with neutral placeholders so the public docs and pressure scenarios carry no private-project references.

Summary
The examples added in #1 used values taken from a private project (internal package name, schema name, table name, and a host address). This follow-up replaces every one of them with neutral placeholders so the public docs and pressure scenarios no longer reference any private project.
