FACES maps the X-/Y-/Z- and I/J/K direction aliases of the FAULTS keyword to cell face corners, in addition to the bare X/Y/Z forms.
jutul_run.jl sets up a case from a .DATA file, runs simulate_reservoir (with a JLD2 restart cache under jutul_state/) and exports states.h5, wells.h5, cell_indices.h5 and manifest.json. Production and injection rates are split into non-negative WOPR/WWPR/WGPR and WWIR/WGIR columns; dates are written with secondprecision; the tNavigator-specific RUNCTRL keyword is skipped on parsing. Project.toml/Manifest.toml pin the Juliadependencies; README documents the one-time Pkg.instantiate() setup.
Runs the JutulDarcy driver as a plain Julia subprocess (cross-platform, no shell wrapper), streams its outputincluding the progress bar to the console with a copy kept in <runid>/julia.log, and supports restart modes none/latest/step:N and a timeout.
