Add examples showing how to invoke the installed binary by its absolute
path using the binary-path output through environment variables. Both
Bash and PowerShell examples demonstrate proper quoting and invocation
syntax for paths that may contain spaces.

Bash example uses "$SOTTO_BINARY_PATH" --version
PowerShell example uses & $env:SOTTO_BINARY_PATH --version

Tested Bash invocation with a path containing spaces. PowerShell syntax
follows standard call operator pattern for quoted paths.

Fixes #22
