Thanks @Rayan-and-beyond this matches #15 exactly across all three files.
I also checked the YAML: the form schema is valid and both referenced labels exist in the repo. CI is fully green.
Only blocker is the missing commit sign-off. Please run:
git commit --amend -s
git push --force-with-leaseOnce that’s updated, I’ll merge.

Summary
Adds GitHub issue forms so reporters are prompted for the right details instead of a blank issue.

.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml—blank_issues_enabled: true, with a contact link pointing security reports at getsotto/sotto's SECURITY.md (this repo is install-only, not the crypto core).github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug.yml— asks what happened, the action ref used (@v1.1.0or SHA),sotto-versioninput, and runner OS. Labelsbug..github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/enhancement.yml— asks for the problem and proposed approach. Labelsenhancement.Out of scope (per the issue)
No action behaviour changed. No security advisory workflow added in this repo.
