Shelf.ordered= pinned, thenmax(lastOpenedAtMs, addedAtMs), stable.toLightPhoneGrey. Lifts daltonizer while reading if the adb grant exists; no-op on phones already in colour (Luma).onCannotPaginateso it isn't recorded. With it on, back from RSVP exits the book.Not done: list view, hare/slug icons.
