docs(landing): rewording pass on the ES and EN copy - #258

Drop the empty claims from the section leads, replace the invented vocabulary with the real mechanism, remove semicolons and one line closers from prose, speak in first person in the about section, and align the meta descriptions. Closes #257

The landing copy read like marketing in places and had a few AI tells. This is a
wording pass only: no layout, no assets, no behaviour.
What changed
