Replace the README recall placeholder with a separate, real split-terminal Codex demo: the first session accepts hook trust and says the magic word is "Base"; a fresh session calls
base-layer-context.search_contextand answers Base.Add the tmux layout, VHS tape, and a repeatable recorder using disposable Codex and Context storage. Reuse the GIF encoder with separate output names and preserve its 10 MB limit. The included GIF is 1600×900, 38 seconds, and 8,816,599 bytes; recordings also produce an ignored MP4 for social posts.
Validation: all 12 demo publisher tests passed; VHS tape validation and
git diff --checkpassed. Ran the live two-session flow and visually inspected the trust screen and encoded final frame. All 114 GIF frames decoded as full opaque frames, and the existing installer GIF is byte-for-byte unchanged.
