feat(postgresblob): a PostgreSQL driver for gocloud.dev/blob - #112
A new module, postgresblob, is a PostgreSQL driver for gocloud.dev/blob v0.47.0. It keeps objects in two tables in a schema the caller names, with the bytes in 1 MiB chunks, so reads and writes stream.
go-cloud's drivertest suite passes unmodified three ways: plain, through driver.NewPrefixedBucket, and with 7 byte chunks. Only TestSignedURL is skipped, by drivertest itself, because SignedURL answers Unimplemented.
A write stays hidden until Close, IfNotExist is atomic, and writes, copies and deletes of one key wait for each other.
Migrate creates the tables, Sweep removes uploads that never finished, MaxSize caps writes and copies, and a postgres URL scheme opens a bucket from settings.
CI tests and lints the module, and a weekly job builds it against gocloud.dev master.
Why
Apps on gocloud.dev/blob that already run PostgreSQL should not need a bucket service just to keep files, and go-cloud asks for new drivers in outside repositories.
Testing Instructions

Summary
Schema, migration, and bucket setup postgresblob/bucket.go, postgresblob/errors.go, postgresblob/statements.go, postgresblob/migrate.go, postgresblob/*_test.go
Defines bucket options and validation, PostgreSQL tables and queries, migrations, and PostgreSQL error mappings. Tests cover bucket setup, migration, and error behavior.
Object reads, writes, and mutations postgresblob/{writer,reader,list}.go, postgresblob/bucket.go, postgresblob/{writer,reader,list,copy,concurrency,failures}_test.go
Implements chunked uploads, range reads, ordered listing, copying, deletion, and object attributes. Tests cover limits, replacement, errors, and concurrent operations.
URL opening and pending-upload cleanup postgresblob/{url,sweep}.go, postgresblob/{url,sweep}_test.go
Registers the postgres URL scheme and adds Sweep for stale pending uploads. Tests cover URL parsing, pool cleanup, and sweep behavior.
Module testing and CI integration .github/workflows/*, README.md, postgresblob/{README.md,CHANGELOG.md,go.mod,.golangci.yml,compose.yaml}, postgresblob/*_test.go, dbkit/postgres/compose.yaml
Adds module documentation, test infrastructure, PostgreSQL Compose services, and module dependencies. CI runs tests, lint, vulnerability checks, and scheduled tests against gocloud.dev master.

Explanation
Issue #111 is directly linked and remains open. The reviewed changes add postgresblob with driver.Bucket support for gocloud.dev/blob v0.47.0. The implementation and tests cover pool ownership, schema-qualified two-table chunk storage, streaming reads and writes, hidden writes until Close, atomic IfNotExist, UTF-8 and NUL keys, byte-order listing, Migrate, Sweep, size limits, the postgres URL scheme, and SignedURL returning Unimplemented. The test harness covers plain, NewPrefixedBucket, and 7-byte chunk configurations. CI and the weekly master workflow run the module checks.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
Most changes support issue #111 through the driver, tests, documentation, and CI. The change to dbkit/postgres/compose.yaml only changes the existing dbkit/postgres host binding from an unrestricted interface to 127.0.0.1. The linked issue does not require a change to that existing module, and the summary does not establish a dependency between this binding change and the new driver.
Resolution
Revert the dbkit/postgres/compose.yaml change, or provide a direct implementation or test dependency that requires this existing service configuration change.

Summary
Adds postgresblob, a PostgreSQL driver for gocloud.dev/blob, with chunked storage, migrations, unfinished-upload cleanup, URL opening, and CI coverage.
PostgreSQL buckets store files as objects that go live when uploads finish.
The bucket reads files in bounded chunks and lists keys by byte order.
Migrate creates the bucket tables in the schema the caller names.
Sweep clears unfinished uploads that have gone stale.
A postgres URL opens a bucket and carries its schema setting.
The existing PostgreSQL test database listens only on localhost.

cap(w.buf). Let append grow the buffer on demand while preserving the configured
chunk limit.

Bind the test database to localhost.
When a developer starts this service on a network-reachable host, 5434:5432 exposes PostgreSQL on all host interfaces. The service uses the known postgres superuser password from Line 7. Bind the port to 127.0.0.1 so the documented local test command still works without exposing the persistent database to other hosts. (docs.docker.com)
