Summary

• Raise the PowerIO compatibility floor from 0.6 to 0.8.2.
• Allow PowerDiff environments to resolve the latest registered PowerIO release.

Why

PowerDiff was capped to the PowerIO 0.6 release line even though the parser package has advanced to 0.8.2. Requiring 0.8.2 removes that stale cap and picks up the current parser and binary fixes.

Impact

Downstream environments will resolve PowerIO 0.8.2 or a compatible patch release below 0.9. No PowerDiff API changes are required.

Validation

• julia --project=. -e "using Pkg; Pkg.test()"
• Full PowerDiff test suite passed with PowerIO 0.8.2.
