Adds
POST /api/privacy/deleteandPOST /api/privacy/exportfor the Hack Club privacy hub. Audience isblueprint. Full details of what gets deleted and kept are indocs/privacy.md.How it works
PrivacyTokenverifies the bearer token as an ES256 JWT against the hub's JWKS (PRIVACY_JWKS_URLoverrides the default). It checkstyp, iss, aud, 30s leeway, a lifetime of at most 300s, and thatactionmatches the endpoint. Eachjtiis stored in the newprivacy_token_usestable and repeats get409 replayed. Old rows are pruned daily.PrivacyDeletionfinds people only from the token's subject claims. It runs the real deletion inside a transaction, counts what it removes, and rolls back on dry runs and on every export. External cleanup (R2 files, Gorse, Airtable guild signups) runs before commit, and only on real runs.retained: the user row, reviewed, funded or shipped projects, reviews, grants, ticket adjustments, shop orders and packages.409 manual_review_required.No HCB code is touched.
