Why
A posting click stores the decision locally at once, but the server can refuse the post (stale-head guard) and queue a re-review instead. The row then counted as decided and — since #17 — vanished from "open work" although nothing was posted. Hit today on cofhe#988 after two held clicks.
What
Verified with the CI script-extraction + node --check.
