The blog and project tag heroes render without the halo, so they carry
no grid in either colour mode and no lit edge under the header in dark
mode, while every other inner-page hero in the theme draws both.

They now pass the same `class="isolate" showHeroHalo` the blog index,
projects index, projects page, about, contact and services heroes pass,
so the set matches rather than each hero carrying its own arrangement.

Two things follow from the halo, both checked on the built pages. The
heroes gain the `hero-gridded` class, so their badge takes the opaque
fill the other gridded heroes give theirs. And the tag lists on these
pages sit in the section below the hero, outside the grid's box, so
they keep their transparent fill and gain no show-through: across all
88 pages in both colour modes, no control without an opaque fill of its
own sits inside a painted lattice.

The blog pagination hero rendered without the halo, so it carried no
grid in either colour mode and no lit edge under the header in dark
mode, while the blog index beside it and the projects pagination hero
both draw them.

It now passes the same class="isolate" showHeroHalo those heroes pass,
which leaves every inner-page hero in the theme on one arrangement.

Checked on the built page: /blog/page/2/ matches /blog/ in both colour
modes, and across all 88 pages no control without an opaque fill of its
own sits inside a painted lattice.
