Simple Calculator

A basic web-based calculator built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .

Overview

This project provides a simple calculator interface that supports:

• Number input (0-9)
• Basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Result evaluation with the = button
• Clear function to reset the display

Files

• a.html - main calculator page containing HTML structure, inline CSS styling, and JavaScript logic

How to use

1. Open a.html in a web browser.
2. Click the number and operator buttons to build a calculation.
3. Press = to see the result.
4. Press C to clear the display.

Notes

• The calculator uses JavaScript's eval() function to compute results.
• Styling is applied directly inside the HTML file for a compact assignment delivery.
