Bug: Interface elements aren't translated into Russian. #2315

Summary

Some of the interface elements and sections have not been translated into Russian.

Reproduction steps

• Choose Russian language

Expected result

The interface text has been translated into Russian.

Actual result

Interface elements without translation into Russian:

• "Clan" (drop-down list, upper right corner);

• Tournament names and buttons below them (home page);

• Elements of the Settings page;

• Points in the "Profile" section;

• Data on completed games;

• The battle creation window.

Steps:
1. Log in
2. Click settings
3. Select locale: Ru
4. View on site

Fixed in #2329. The affected static interface strings in Settings, social controls, password/device management, and related UI are localized in English and Russian. User-created names remain user content and are intentionally displayed verbatim. This issue will close automatically when the PR is merged.
